We know you’re an absolute fashionista, but even the most fabulous of us get a case of the late-night munchies, am I right? And let’s be honest, we want our snacks to be as easy on our stomachs as they are on the eyes. That’s where bedtime smoothies swoop in to save the day! Think of them as the supermodel version of milkshakes, packed with all the fiber, protein, and micronutrients you need to gracefully glide into dreamland.

Now, get ready to salivate because we’ve got the recipe for the ultimate smoothie blend: the Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie! It’s like fashion for your taste buds, darling.


  • 1 cup almond milk (Almonds are the Audrey Hepburns of the nut world, after all)
  • 2 tablespoons old-fashioned oats (Giving you those cozy, grandma vibes)
  • 1 cup frozen banana pieces (They’re the cool cats of the fruit family)
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter (Fit for a queen, just like Beyoncé)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (Bringing the essence of sweetness to your life)
